Leofoto QDM-1 1/4 inch threaded mount for QR riser

This silver colored 1/4 inch threaded mount (QDM-1) can be used in combination with a Quick Release riser from Leofoto. The QDM-1 has a 1/4-inch thread for mounting in the accessory screw hole of a tripod. You can use an Allen wrench to tighten it a bit more to make it snug. Then you can simply click the quick-disconnect (QD-1) strap mechanism into the QDM-1 mount.

A Leofoto quick-disconnect ¼-inch threaded strap comes standard with a QDM-1 threaded mount. By attaching this mounting point to your tripod, you can easily attach the sling to your tripod. Pressing the button marked with the word “Push” releases the strap. Due to the compact design of the mount, once you have used the quick release strap, you can simply leave it on your tripod for the next time.
