Leofoto MT-03 with LH-25 Ball Head Overview

This Leofoto bundle includes the two-section MT-03 Spider Tabletop Tripod and the Arca-type LH-25 Mini Ball Head. The mini tripod is called “spider” because the three legs each have another leg section folded inside them. They can be folded out as needed, allowing for various configurations and uses. The aluminum tripod supports up to 11 lb loads. The ball head offers tilt, swivel, and independent pan adjustment. (The ball head has a higher payload of 13.2 lb in case you ever want to use it on gear with a higher payload than the spider’s 11 lb.)

This “spider” tripod has been CNC machined out of anodized aluminum, which enhances durability and adds rigidity. Featuring two leg sections in an unique folding design, the MT-03 also includes several 1/4″-20 threads to mount small accessories to, and the legs can be opened at three different angles. The articulated sections can be used as hooks to attach the tripod to uneven or hard-to-reach surfaces. Despite weighing only 5.7 ounces, the tripod itself has a carrying capacity of 11 pounds, making it an ideal choice for travel photography.

Leofoto LH-25 Mini Ball Head with Quick Release Plate

Made of aluminum with an anodized finish for durability, this LH-25 Mini Ball Head from Leofoto uses a screw-knob clamp at its top to attach to any mounting plate that is 25mm in length. It is made to support gear as heavy as 13.23 lb for 360° panning, and has a cutout notch at its base to enable 90° tilting in one direction.

The ball head boasts a compact design, with a fixed height of 2.6″ and a weight of 6 oz, that makes it easy to travel with and use. A single lever is available for adjusting head position, which pulls out to enable control and fits back in to lock everything in place. The LH-25 has a 3/8″-16 bottom mount and comes with a 3/8″ to 1/4″ bushing reducer, allowing you to mount it to tripods with either thread size.
