The SmallRig 4195 Arca-Swiss Mounting Baseplate for DJI RS 3 Mini is designed to improve the mounting flexibility and balancing performance of the DJI RS 3 Mini gimbal. It supports cameras and camera cages equipped with a bottom Arca-Swiss plate, allowing compatible setups to be attached quickly and securely.

The baseplate lowers the camera's center of gravity by 10 mm, making it easier to balance the gimbal and helping accommodate heavier camera configurations. Installation is quick and straightforward: the mount plate can be inserted vertically into the RS 3 Mini for rapid setup.

For additional security, the plate incorporates two anti-off safety buttons to help prevent accidental movement or release. A locking mechanism and thumbscrew help secure the camera setup during operation.

The 4195 can accommodate camera configurations such as the Sony FX3 with 24-70mm lens, Canon R5 with 24-70mm lens, Fujifilm X-T5 with 16-55mm lens and Panasonic LUMIX GH6 with 12-60mm lens, depending on the overall setup and balancing requirements. It also allows convenient switching between horizontal and vertical shooting orientations.

Constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, the compact plate measures approximately 62 × 52 × 22.5 mm and weighs approximately 70 g, making it a lightweight addition to a DJI RS 3 Mini setup.
