With a 13.2 lb load capacity at a weight of only 9 lb, the AD-01S Heavy-Duty Tripod and Fluid Head Kit from SmallRig is a durable and portable support option for professional photographers, videographers, and vloggers. The three-stage tripod is constructed with durable, lightweight aluminum and features an adjustable height range of 33.9 to 73.2" and easy flip locks. It folds down to 35" in length for simplified transport in the included carrying bag.
The redesigned 75mm half ball fluid head features a snap-in quick release plate with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera screws, which is compatible with Manfrotto-style mounts for even faster mount changes. It also features adjustable tilt drag damping and a fixed counterbalance, pans 360°, and tilts +90/-70°.
Other features include a bubble level, 1/4"-20 accessory threads, and a pan bar that can be mounted on either side for right- or left-hand use. Also included is a smartphone holder and a carry bag to store and transport the system.
