The 10x42 VEO HD2 Monocular Smartphone Digiscoping Kit from Vanguard Optics gives you the ability to capture photos and video on your smartphone through the monocular's eyepiece, so you can share and post your magnified views for everyone to see. To ensure crisp and clear images, you also get a wireless Bluetooth remote to control your phone's camera app wirelessly.

To ensure you get the finest shots, Vanguard engineered this compact and lightweight monocular with extra-low dispersion (ED) glass and BAK4 prisms that work together to virtually eliminate chromatic aberration, which produces images with true color fidelity across the entire wide 65\u00b0 apparent field of view and enhanced contrast. Complementing the glass and prisms are anti-reflection fully multicoated optics that improve light transmission for bright and clear images with greater low-light performance.

Optical Performance:

High 10x power magnifies distant objects for detailed observations and identification
42mm objectives boost low-light capabilities without adding excessive bulk and weight
Compact roof prism light path ensures the optical tubes are thin to fit more comfortably in the hand
BAK4 prism glass delivers a round exit pupil and a crisp and clear image with limited edge distortion
Extra-low dispersion (ED) HOYA glass lens elements reduce chromatic and spherical aberrations for increased contrast, improved color rendition, and sharpness without distortion across the entire field of view
Phase-corrected prism coatings reduce internal interference to improve contrast, clarity, and resolution
Anti-reflection fully multicoated optical surfaces maximize light transmission to ensure views are bright and clear in all conditions
Wide field of view helps to minimize the appearance of distracting hand-shake while presenting an immersive observational experience
342-foot field of view at 1000 yards

Use and Handling:

Large slip-resistant center focusing wheel is easy to manipulate in cold or wet conditions or when wearing gloves
Twist-up click-stop rubber eyecups for comfortable use with or without eyewear
Standard 1/4\"-20 socket on the bottom allows it to be tripod mounted for hands-free use to eliminate vibrations and arm fatigue
Long 18mm eye relief presents a spacious eye box that reduces eye fatigue during long glassing sessions
Comfortable 4.2mm exit pupil will cover most pupils as they fully dilate in low light to keep the entire scene in view without vignetting

Construction Details:

PA-60 smartphone digiscoping adapter allows you to capture photos and video through the eyepiece on almost any smartphone up to 3.4 inches wide
