With a blazing 2000 nits brightness, its FHD 1920×1080 touchscreen stays crisp and readable in challenging light conditions. The monitor handles DCI/UHD 4K at 30 fps over HDMI 1.4 or 3G-SDI (input and loop-through)—ideal for modern cinema cameras and multi-monitor setups.
A full suite of pro-grade visualization tools such as waveform, histogram, false color, peaking, zebra, and vectorscope assist in precise exposure and color monitoring. You can also import or apply 3D LUTs via the USB-A port for accurate color grading previews on set.
The DC-X3 offers three flexible power methods: slide-in NP-F L-series batteries, a 12–18 V DC input, or a USB-C ≥9 V/3 A charger. It's encased in a solid aluminum chassis, includes a sun hood and headphone jack, and is compatible with optional cages for secure rig mounting.
